HELP 关于SCSI卡的驱动

最近我在公司找了一个SCSI卡,和SCSI光驅,
我將SCSI卡插在PCI插槽中,用數據先將光驅與SCSI卡連接,
開機後提示找到SCSI卡,但找不到光驅
SCSI卡的廠牌是Tekram的,可是不知型號,根據Tekram網站的圖片初步推測是DC-315型,可是我下了驅動更新後,顯示

不知設定值中要不要填寫內容
